As per para 2.1 of Directorate letter No.6-1/2009-PE.II dated 09-10-2009 “The TRCA to GDS engaged on or after 1-1-2006 shall be fixed at the minimum of the revised TRCA slab from the date of their engagement”.

In this connection under the orders of the Competent Authority, I am directed to inform you that the minimum of the TRCA drawn by the regular incumbent which may be any of the authorized TRCA is applicable to the substitutes, but not the minimum of the first TRCA applicable to the GDSs concerned.
